Demolition of an old building and construct a medium density inner city complex comprising of 36 affordable housing units (12 units per floor x 3 floors), over a large ground floor level car park of approx 1000m2 all within a 1482m2 parcel of land in Maitland CBD. These units were especially designed & constructed for rental to Compass Housing which specifically caters for affordable housing needs within the public domain.
